"helpful support, just a bit slow"
i had to reach out because i wasn’t sure if a part would fit. it took about a day to hear back, so not super quick, but the person who replied was helpful and explained things clearly. they checked the details for me and pointed me to the right item. would’ve been 5 stars if the response time was a little faster.

I was looking for a few older bike bits that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else, and feked.com actually had them “in stock,” which was a nice surprise. The site was straightforward to use, so I didn’t have to spend ages searching around. The parts arrived as expected and saved me a decent bit of hassle. I’d definitely use them again.

"Refund got sorted smoothly"
I had to send back one part that didn’t fit, and while it took a few days to get a reply, the refund went through without any real hassle. Not totally perfect, but I was happy with how it worked out in the end. Decent service overall.
